Pillow Day

                               Pillow Day 

 Hi blogger last week on thursday we had a pillow day. Pillow Day was very amzaing first the kids started bringing their pillow in. After the teachers said we were going to do a pillow design and in different writing like samoan,tonga and others. Also we got our duffy book and hads some little kids come and join us. After the older kids who wanted to read to the little kids and some didn't have too. After that we played some kahoot with the little kids then it came to lunch time most of us took our pillow but I didn't take my pillow then it was morning tea and lunch. Then after lunch with we did some finishing for like our pillow design, or pillow patterns and some other things. After me and my friends were all  finishing the same thing all together then the teacher said to stop watch your doing then they said to start paking up for home two minutes later. The bell raing out we went.

Cross Country

Last week Wednesday the 11th Of September I had a cross crountry day. At cross country we had really fun activities. We had a running course, obstacle course, skipping course, kicking and the warm up. The year sixes got put in to a group with little kids. In my group I had the year twos. We each got a list so we knew where we are going. First we had to run then we went to the bake store then obstacle course after we went skiping. After we had finished the activties we should of had each letter writen on our hand SKOR because it's so the teachers  no that we had done the run,obstacle,skiping and warm up after all the years 0,1,2,3,4,5 had done then.


The year 6s came along we got to run at the end because the parents and kids could watch us. First the boys went then the girls after we all went started to run we all got together because we were running together after we had finshed we had some lunch then when after we got back in to class and the bell ran for home time.

Kia ora today I will be talking to yous about my amazing woderful camp last week.Last week Te Waka Ako went to Mt Ruapehu last tuesday when Te Waka Ako was leaving for camp we had 8 colour groups pink,blue,purple,green,red,yellow,orange,turquoise we took some photos before we left once we got on the bus it took 5 to 6 hours to get to Mt Ruapehu.First we stoped at hamilton gardens at hamilton gardens when had some morning tea and then we got back with our groups and then we also had this very hard challenge.In the challenge we got a map on the map it had different photos on the map that we had to find after that we all came in together and went back to the bus.After we got to the place where were sleeping we got off the bus and unpake our bag then after that we had shower and went into the dineing room and we got to play games and after we went to sleep.The next day we went skiing and snowborading when we were still having fun we had some morning tea and we bort fish and chips too.After 3 clock we got back to the crossing and had shower a got change then we stayed in our room or went to the sitting room and played ping pong or watched a movie the 3 day it was our last day of skiing and snowborading after when we had free time then after 10 to 20 minutes later we were leaving to go back to the crossing then the teachers were talking to us about leaving for the last day.afterthen we had some dinner first on the first day we had sausage and garlic bread and for dessert we had ice cream and lambington then the 2 day we had butter chicken and again for dessert we had a donut with a flake in the hole and ice cream again and then for the last day we had doritons and mice and garlic bread again then for dessert we had ice cream and applepie.On the last day we went to the hot pools at the hot pools we did bombs,trazan swing,and the side also for lunch we had hot dogs and cookies.and then we got changed and went to huka falls huka falls was very cool because we got to watch the big big wave and even it was so clear I wish I could jump in it.And sadly I think there was supposed to be a jet ski that come's down the waves but we didn't see it after it was getting dark and then 5 hours later we got be to school and went home with our family half of us started crying.And in 2 years coming I think for the year 3 and 4 I think they would have the funst and best time ever and also when it's there last day I think they wouldn't want to leave.Bye
